Do I have to disposition “Pending” email?

No you do not have to disposition “Pending” email. Any email that is left in the “Pending” file will be removed after 14 days automatically by Eriecoast.com. However if you want to add the email to your “whitlist” and or “revoked” list you can do so at anytime during the 14 day disposition.

I set up TMDA and I still get SPAM?

If the “Challenge and Response” is answered then the email will be released to your mail account. If this is the case then you will need to take the email address out of the “Whitelist” and add it to the “Revoked” list. This will delete all future emails from this address being delivered to your mail account.
