Creating Multiple Mail Accounts
Customers with Eriecoast.com can have up to 5 Email accounts depending on which
plan you choose at no extra cost!
You would be assigned your first Email account, which corresponds, to your username
on your login.
Other Email addresses can be obtained through your account with Eriecoast.
All incoming mail addresses to the other addresses would be stored in a
separate
Email mailbox. Complete separation and privacy of Email messages can be obtained.
Outgoing mail would have all information about this separate Email account.
In order to keep privacy of the other Email accounts, you will need to have
a separate Email program on your computer for retrieval of all incoming and
outgoing messages associated with the other Email accounts. Any standard internet
Email program can be used to send and retrieve Email messages for the other
Email accounts. Use the links above in setting up you other Email accounts.
A request must be made to Eriecoast to set up your second Email account. In
order to do this Email support@eriecoast.com or call our office at (440)323-3743
or (440)244-1511. Remember to have your new username and password available
for your other Email accounts before you call or Email.
PLEASE NOTE: No matter which option you choose, you will always connect using
your primary username and password. This is the username and password you chose
when you established Internet Service with Eriecoast.
