what areas can receive our signal. Upon your request, Eriecoast.com will perform a free site survey to see if you can receive our wireless SKYRunner service. |

| Question: | How do I order if my location qualifies for Wireless Internet Access? | |||
| Answer: | Eriecoasts experienced staff will be happy to take care of this for you. Simply fill out and submit our online request form or call our office and we will get the ball rolling. We will generally be in contact with you within 24 - 48 hours to set up a convenient installation date and assure that all the necessary paperwork is completed. | |||
| Question: | What about a static IP address? Can I get one? | |||
| Answer: | Yes, as long as you are an Eriecoast Internet customer. Static IP addresses are $10.00 each. If you requiring multiple static IP's, or for general questions, please contact our office to discuss with an Eriecoast representative. | |||
| Question: | Can I install the Wireless Internet Access myself? | |||
| Answer: | No. Equipment used for the service is very delicate and sensitive to proper installation. Eriecoast will send an experienced technician to install the system to assure the optimum signal strength. | |||
| Question: | How quick can I get the Service? | |||
| Answer: | Installations are typically scheduled within 3-5 days after completing the sign up. Inclement weather, equipment availability, site surveys and location installations will sometimes increase the wait time but standard installations are generally completed within 1 week. | |||
| Question: | What are my billing options? | |||
| Answer: | SKYRunner wireless is credit card payment only for residential customers. We will accept credit card payment or invoice business accounts, net 15 days. Late payment penalties will apply thereafter. | |||
